About a week ago I told I wrote to the Administrator of this forum to ask permission to write something that can be of help to work through some old and new feelings that are disturbing. Dianne wrote back to me and gave that persmission so here is what I wrote to start off...

I am sure some of the readers are familiar with this first step already and others are not.
This is written for all, so please be patient if this step is known already.

As said this is only the first step of many more to come... So try this and repeat this daily so you will get relaxed quickly and be able to move on to the next step.

And something else...Use your own imagination, my english is not all that good for it is not my own language......;


Relaxation;



Start by just sitting on an easy chair. That’s all you need to have.. A chair that is comfortable…Be aware of where you are and don’t think about the world around you. It’s not important for this moment.
Feel how your body feels…nothing else. You don’t have to change anything……

Now take your attention to your feet, and tense the muscles in them a little bit. Just enough to feel it. Keep the tension on for a few seconds and relax again…Do this 2 or 3 times. ( this depends on how long it takes for you to get the feeling.)

Take your attention up to your lower legs and tense the muscles of your lower legs. Keep the tension on for a few seconds again and than relax them again.

Do the same thing with every group of muscles in your body;
Your upper legs,
Your bottom,
your back,
your shoulders and neck,
Your skull,
Your face and throat,
Your upper arms,
lower arms and hands ( don’t forget the fingers!)
Your breast un to you diaphragm,
Your upper belly and
finally your lower belly.

Now, when you relax your breast and belly you can breath out at the same time you relax the muscles. This will bring you extra relaxation.


( This can be hard to do for people who are not used to any form of relaxation so take time to let yourself and your body get comfortable with it.. There is no rush, nobody is forcing you in any way. It’s just a gift you give to yourself. Don’t try to change anything in the way you breath, because as relaxation comes, this will be better anyway, without putting energy to it)

Hi Segaya

I have used that technique in the past and it really helps me relax to get to sleep. I'm pleased you reminded me. I think it concentrates the mind wonderfully as it excludes everyone and everything else.

I'm looking forward to hearing about the next step as I haven't a clue what it could be.

O it does wonders if sleeping is difficult. A variation to it can be of lots of help also;
I don't know you like the beach and the sea?
If you do;


When relaxed you can imagine you are walking toward the sea...Not being there yet you hear the waves already, smel the salt in the air.
Then you come on the point where you can see the sea. The sea is quite, calm. the sun is just as warm as you like it to be and there is nobody around. It's just you and the sea.

You decide to go and walk by the sea, with your bare feet in the warm, nice water.
You just walk along and feel the warmth of the sun on you skin, and the wate raround your feet and ankles
At one moment you want to sit in the sea and you just do so...just like that!...
The sea flows over your feet and upto your legs..it's nice. comforting and you feel the tension go out when the sea withdraws.

Then you go and lay in the sea...the calm sea... the sea is warm, easy..calming..relaxing and all the things you want it to be.

It overflows you beginning with your feet , legs, upperbody but not beyond your chin....

When the water touches your feet, the energy goes 'right in' with the chakra's and clean your body inside.. the water over your body cleans it outside and also your aura....
With every wave you feel the energy you need to heal and relaxe coming in, and with every wave that returns to the sea it takes all the negative energy with it. All tensions, all thoughts that keep you awake and you don't need at that moment..it is all taken in the water and it keeps on doing so as long as you need it. Every time you breath, in the sea gives you what you need...Every time you breath out it takes away every blockade, negative energy that isn't good for you.

A WONDERFULL PLACE…..


As you can be relaxed now, we can go to the first step to a wonderful place where wonderful things can happen;

Imagine you are walking in a green area.
In the distance you here the sound of water and you decide to walk towards it.
You see a small, peaceful stream going from your right to your left.
You go and sit at the site of the small stream and you stare in the water. The sound relaxes you and you notice you can look straight through the water to the bottom of the stream. It’s calming to sit there and just be.

Then you see a leaf of a tree floating on the water, You follow this leaf with your eyes and imagine you are on the leaf. You feel the leaf varies on the water…gently…calming… and in your mind you float further on the stream, along with the leaf.
Just a little bit downstream you notice the stream gets a little wider and a bit deeper, not much, just a bit.

At one moment the water gets in the leaf and in your mind you feel yourself sink in the water, along with the leaf…(it’s only in your mind so don’t worry about anything like not being able to breath and so on!)
As you go down you feel yourself more and more relaxed;
You go deeper and deeper , just as deep as your stream is…( take time with this part….)
Than when you reach the bottom of your stream you step off of the leaf and that same moment you are in you secret place. This secret place is there already. It’s a place somewhere in nature, somewhere nobody knows of.
It's there already so you don’t have to create anything in your mind. Let is surprise you.
It is a peaceful place, it’s serene and harmonious.
Nobody can enter this place without your permission and your invitation.You are completely save and protected for this is your secret place and yours alone.
This very special place is there specially for you.
Look around and get to know this place , it will make you wonder and be amazed.
Feel the atmosphere, smell, look, touch, hear the sounds.
Just walk around here, on this secret place and get used to it.
Just take time to go there and just BE in the place that is especially created for you .

* If you find it difficult to remember this by heart, maybe it’s an idea to record it with your own voice. .slowly….taking your time … After you have done the relaxation you can play it and just imagine , visualize this.

** Remember please this is part of a much bigger thing. I Think it is best you don’t make it any different than is described. So it’s better indeed not to think of a place you know and are able to go to. This special, secret place does only exist in you heart and the only way to discover it is to go inside and let it surprise you….

THE OLD, OLD TREE….

Now you discovered your secret space and I assume you spend some time there so you are used to it now. I expect you feel very comfortable in this secret, inner place and you know it well.
Still there is a lot to discover in this beautiful, save place in nature.

Every time you go there the space will look the same. It’s getting familiar and you found a spot out in the open where you like to sit down in you thoughts and just enjoy the sun, the little breese of wind, just a touch of it. In this inner space is nothing you don’t like, it’s all there to comfort you, to keep you save, to give you whatever you need like harmony and inner warmth.

You can go to this inner secret place whenever you need to. To rest, get your mind at ease. You can let go there of all tensions and troubles that are out in the big world.

There is a spot in you inner space where you can get all the strength you need;
If you look around you will see a tree. Not just any tree.. There may be many trees in your inner secret place, but this one stands out!
It’s is hugs. It is old… It has lived through centuries….it’s ancient.
This tree is high, and has many roots that are going deep in the ground. The top of the tree is very wide and the tree has a lot of branches, with many leaves. Do you see it….?
Now maybe you want to stand up in you mind and walk towards the tree to get to know it better, You find you are curious of the tree.

If you stand before it you have to put your head up high in you neck to see the top. You see how wide the trunk of the tree is and you touch it with your hands.
By surprise you feel the energy flow in the tree with your hands and the tree seems to invite you to share this with him.

You visualize that you go with your back against the tree and you are leaning against it.
Again you feel the energy flow within the tree. And slowly you feel the tree is sharing it with you.
To feel the energyflow better you can open your crownchakra. Just see it in your mind as a flower that is closed and is right on top of your head. If you want it, the flower opens completely and receives the energy from the Universe. No, the universe is not a far away thing somewhere out there. It’s is right around us, it’s everywhere, it is there in abundance and it’s there for everybody to use it.
Imagine the energyflow is getting inside you through this crownchakra that you see as an open flower. it enters your head, goes into your brain, your face, neck, shoulders , arms and fingers, your back and breast, belly, bottom, lower belly, legs, feet and toes……you feel it flowing..Take this energy in while breathing in.

Under your feet are also some chakra’s the same thing can happen now; See them as if they are flowers.
Just in the curve of your feet there are these flowers and they open whenever you want them to. So please open them and imagine the energyflow that is fillings your body with the universal energy is coming out of your feet and go right into the ground. Just like it is with the tree.
And as the tree, you can imagine that there will be roots growing from your feet into the ground. While breathing out you can feel the energy going into the ground.
The roots go deeper, and wider with every breath you give to it and al the time there will be new roots growing, it’s is like the branches of the tree top. They start out small, but the more energy goes there the longer, stronger, and wider they grow.
In the beginning the roots will not get very deep, but practising this daily will help them grow more.

After you did this for a copple of minutes you can turn it around. Breath in through your feet and let the earth energy go up your legs and body right to your crownchakra and breath out again. Practice this for a few minutes also.

When you finish after doing this for a 5 or 6 minutes you stand straight again and don’t forget to thank the tree for sharing it’s energy and strength with you.

Than go back to you place in the open part of your inner space.
Take time to go back to the here and now.
This can be done by counting backwards from 3 to 1;

*3, prepare for daily routine. Get aware of the easy chair you are sitting and the room you are. Take it that you tell yourself that by the count of 1 you will be right awake and alert, full of energy for the rest of the day.

*2, gently move your toes and feet, fingers and hands to get the bloodflow active again. And tell yourself again that on the count of 1 you will be right awake and alert, full of energy for the rest of the day
( repeating this is necessary!)

*1, open your eyes and tell yourself you are awake and alert, and full of energy for the rest of the day.

*** This exercise is for the morning, the beginning of the day.I promise you when you do this at night and tell yourself you will be awake and alert, you won't sleep the whole night. There is no sence in doing this 'gronding' for the night if you don't work nightshifts.
So please do this in the morning. In the evening just before going to sleep I suggest you do the sea mediation. the sea meditation is oke to do lying in bed, on you back or side, doesn't matter. All other meditation I write are sitting up with the feet on the ground.

I think so.

I also do relaxation about 2-3 times a day. I learned it at a course.
Relaxation is good for me to defend against the Psychopath attack.

There is "left-righ hemisphere" theory. I head it in the course.

When I do a relaxation I activate my "rigt hemisphere" and I feel this equilibrate the Psychopath's advantage of "left hemisphere".

Hi Mike,
So nice to hear from people that they found the benefit of the relaxation already. Do you practize this already for a long time?
I try to look up a translation for the word 'equilibrate' but I can't find it.
I think what you are saying that you feel a balance between you and the Psychopath or that you can control him that way?

What I can say about it is; The left side of the hemisphere is controling the right side of the body. This means it controls the manly side. The control site, the metamatic side, the thinking and the practical thinking( I can make a discussion out of the last one!)
The right side is teh womanly side (??) controling the feeling, creativity and the emotions.
Ofcourse it will be clear that the Psychopath's in our lives have little to no working right hemisphere. So my question to you is ...What do you mean and can you explain how you are using this?
I have to add; I do think Psychopath's use there right side of the brain. they only use it in a different way. The not nice way. But I think I can say that they are creative ,in a distructive way.

I also don't speak English well. I'm just learning.

The relaxation that I use, isn't free. I paid money for this. I think it would be an advertisement if I write the name of course.
Shall I write it's name to Dianne to pass you ?

This kind of relaxation is suitable for use to solve a certain problem.

I used to think clearly logocally to realize my situation. My father is a Psychopath, and it is hard to realize the extreme situation that a Psychopath creates around me.

In short-term question I don't use anything, even I don't think who is Psychopath and who isn't. But in long-term question I always use the relaxation.

I hope you understand me.
